MSF is delighted to be partnering with the Australasian College for Infection Prevention and Control to present a live web focusing on the role of IPC nurses and doctors in the field with MSF.

To provide high level support for, and substantially contribute to, Médecins Sans Frontières Australia’s revenue generation activities through assisting in developing, implementing, and continually improving strategies targeted at securing major gifts through corporate supporters.

You will be working closely with two members of the Fundraising team to assist with crucial administrative tasks for the direct marketing and donor events programs. Excitingly, in December 2021, MSF celebrated its 50th anniversary and to mark the occasion, is organising a Photo Exhibition across 4 cities to showcase the impact of the last half century. This is a major project that needs support, along with the support required to keep our regular fundraising programs running.

The primary role of the Gifts in Wills Coordinator is to develop and implement strategies designed to increase visibility of legacies to Médecins Sans Frontières and increase donor pipeline for future support through gifts in wills and steward the relationship with existing confirmed bequestors.

The Management Accountant will be responsible for providing support to the Senior Accountant to maintain all financial systems to ensure that the MSF Australia & New Zealand Consolidated entity complies with internal and external reporting requirements.

The primary accountability of this role is to attend to all reception queries in the Glebe office, including liaising with visitors, suppliers, field workers and couriers.  In addition, you also will undertake administrative tasks supporting the Administration Manager. 

X3 days available: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9am to 1pm 


To be successful in this role, ideally you can demonstrate:

Reporting to the Head of Programs, this 6 month contract is working 1-2 days per week to support MSF Australia’s advocacy for, and assistance to, asylum seekers and refugees (ASR) who have, or are seeking to, come to Australia.  

Accountabilities include research and analyse of ASR policies; case worker support and coordination; and the development and delivery of ASR related content.
